A reporter goes to Japan to meet a scientist but he is used by the scientist as an experiment. He turns into a murderous creature and develops a second head. This is a slightly curious Japanses / American production that does have a good performance from Peter Dyneley as the man slowly loosing his mind and turning into a monster. There is good support from Jane Hylton as the ever supportive wife.
