A English professor (Jill Wagner) is helping the local amateur theatre to put on a play with the help of a local television celebrity who has offered to act for them, but who then dies under suspicious circumstances. She and the local policeman (Kristoffer Polaha) work together to find the culprit. This is the second in this series of mysteries with a reasonable plot for these amateur/police combination made for television mysteries.
