A woman who needs money to keep her family home is employed by the parents of s shy nerdy boy about to go to university to be his girlfriend and and have sex with him before he goes off to university. The parewnts have been over protective of him and now want him to have more social skills. Whilst the plot is quite silly there are good performances from Jennifer Lawrence and Andrew Barth Feldman. There is good interplay between them as they both struggle with the growing relationship between them. The supporting charcters are comparatively weak, but Jennnifer Lawrence carries the film.
