Two inept policemen end up in a lighthouse on the trail of a master criminal and possibly a murder. The plot is inexplicable nonsense as the criminal is known as the Octopus and there is a real (or at least rubber) octopus roaming the lighthouse. The dialogue and comedy are poor. The only notable part of the film is the in camera transiting of the nanny into the hag of the criminal using coloured filter transitions.
