An accountant (Leslie Howard) is sent to Hollywood to see if a film studio is financially viable. Once there he discovers that the film industry is more than just numbers as he is helped by an actress (Joan Blondell). This is entertaining with some funny scenes and a good performance from Joan Blondell and well supported by Leslie Howard and an early performance from Humphrey Bogart.
