Colin Firth is a popular British actor particularly during the 2000's. He featured in several commercially successful films including Bridget Jones and Love Actually, but it was in Single Man that he gave a performanc ethat moved him up to a quality actor and this was followed up with an excellent performance in the King's Speech.
