Career / Biography
Carole Landis was an actress in the 1930's and 1940's. Her minor roles in the 1930's were mainly uncredited. Her break through role was in the Hal Roach film One Million BC. Unlike some of her contemporaries her own singing voice was used in a number of her films. Whilst at Twentieth Century Fox her career flourished whilst she had an affair with Darryl F Zanuck. When it ended her roles were more in B-movies. She was married four times and was having an affair with Rex Harrison when she commited suicide.
