A newspaper reporter (Bruce Cabot) investigates some suspicious fires that are linked to local corruption, but the problem is is the woman (Judith Allen) helping him is the daughter of one of the suspects. This is a typical newspaper investigative reporter film from the 1930's with plenty of energy and a dramatic finale from a low budget film company.
